NiruzEclinic software services (“NiruzCorp”, “NiruzEclinic”, “our,” “we,” or “us,”) provides digital clinic management software. Please carefully go through Terms of Service and the privacy policy before accessing our services. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing, accessing, or using our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, “Services”).

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Agreement for any reason and at any time, and such modifications shall be informed to the contact email address specified in your organization account. We may do this for a variety of reasons including new features, or changes in business practices. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on terms of service.
You must be an authorized person (Doctors, Assistants, other users of the Hospitals) to use the Services in any manner. By registering, visiting and using the Website/services or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to NiruzCorp that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Website and the Services available through the Website, and agree to and abide by this Agreement.

NiruzCorp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website and the Services with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law, in cases of user breaches any terms and conditions of the Agreement or for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on part of User. On termination of an account due to the such reasons mentioned herein, User shall no longer have access to data, files and other material kept on the Website by User.

NiruzCorp is not responsible, under any event, for any comments or feedback given by any of the Users in relation to the Services provided by the clinic.
Although you may be able to visit our website and download mobile applications without registering, you will not be able to access or use any valuable aspect of the Service. To complete your application for registration, you need to be specifically identified by your Clinical Partner, who will provide you with the necessary credentials to access the service. Regardless of how you access the Service, to ensure the integrity of the Service, you must complete an account registration process and provide NiruzCorp with current, complete and accurate information, as more specifically required by then current registration procedures and operational prompts. If some or all of your registration information has already been provided to us by the Clinical Partner, then you will need to review and confirm, complete or correct your information. You are required to maintain and update your registration data from time to time, to ensure that it is always current, complete and accurate. NiruzCorp may refuse to accept your application to register for the Service, in its sole discretion. Upon acceptance, we will activate the access credentials for your account.
NiruzCorp will invoice users for the Products / services on or about the last date of the calendar month. Users are not allowed for refunds once payment is made for products / services. MAXIMUM LIABILITY. In no event shall the maximum liability of the State under this Contract exceed amount paid for service.
NiruzCorp do not issue refunds for products / services once the order is confirmed and payment is made. Please contact us for assistance if you experience any issues in downloading, receiving or accessing our services.
Confidential information shall mean any and all technical and non-technical information, documents and materials related to products, services and business of each of the parties. NiruzCorp and users agree to maintain in strict confidence and not to disclose or disseminate, or to use for any purposes other than use of the projects, the Confidential Information disclosed.
NiruzCorp’s current Privacy Policy is available at (click here). It is important that you read and understand the Privacy Policy, before registering or accessing our service. Privacy Policy will apply to any and all use of the website, apps and other aspects of the Service.
NiruzCorp website, mobile applications and all other aspects of the Service are provided only (a) in the case of Patients, for your personal, noncommercial use or (b) in the case of Clinical partners, for your use related to providing Healthcare Services (within the scope of your duties) to Patients (whichever applies, the Authorized Use). Any unauthorized use of the Service (including without limitation, accessing any aspect of the Service for which you are not authorized, or any commercial use by you, such as, for example, reselling any App or marketing Healthcare Services) is expressly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account, username or password. As a condition of use, you hereby promise not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or that is prohibited by the Terms of Service, or for any other purpose not reasonably intended by NiruzCorp. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws, regulations and rules. You agree not to provide service data in any manner that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, pornographic, profane or which otherwise violates the Terms of Service; constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail ("spamming"), chain letters or any form of lottery or gambling; imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on NiruzCorp’s computing, storage or communications systems and networks, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the website, any App or other aspect of the Service (including the underlying technology platform). NiruzCorp may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service should your conduct fail (or appear to fail) to strictly conform to any provision of this section. NiruzCorp has no obligation to monitor the Service or any user’s use thereof. However, NiruzCorp reserves the right at any time and without notice to monitor, review, copy, retain or disclose any information as may reasonably be necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request or investigation (including any inquiry from law enforcement). If you are a Clinician, then you also agree to comply with all terms and conditions of the Service contract between NiruzCorp and the Clinical Partner with which you are associated.
NiruzCorp does not offer or provide any kind of medical advice, health insurance or other healthcare service, including without limitation, any counseling, testing, medication, procedure or therapy related to the avoidance, prevention, diagnosis or treatment of any acute or chronic illness, disease or condition (collectively, “Healthcare Services”). The Service is intended only as a tool, which can be used to assist Patients and Clinicians in coordinating, managing and communicating about Healthcare Services. The Service is not intended for use in any emergency or urgent matter. As a result of its limited role as an intermediary partner between Patients and Clinicians, we have no control over the appropriateness, accuracy, quality, timeliness, scope, price or risks of or associated with any Healthcare Service. Therefore, you agree to release us from any and all claims, demands, damages and liabilities, of any type or in any way connected with Healthcare Services (including any injuries or disability arising therefrom). We do not recommend or endorse any specific Clinical Partner, Clinician or Healthcare Service and not responsible, under any event, for any comments or feedback given by any of the Users in relation to the Services provided by the Clinical Partner.
Your access to use of the Website and the Services will be solely at the discretion of NiruzCorp. The Agreement is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to:
  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872,
  • The (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and
  • The (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”), and the (Indian) Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the “IG Rules”).
You agree that this Agreement and any contract between NiruzCorp and User will be governed by the laws of India.
